- You must only submit data for yourself. Do not submit data on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
- You warrant that the data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You must not submit false, misleading, or fabricated compensation data.
- By submitting data, you grant salary.run a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, display, and aggregate your submission.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use salary.run to:
- Scrape or systematically download data for commercial purposes.
- Attempt to de-anonymize or identify individual submitters.
- Submit spam, automated, or bulk fake entries.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
salary.run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the platform. Compensation data reflects self-reported figures and may not represent industry-wide averages.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, salary.run and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on data displayed herein.
7. Intellectual Property
The salary.run platform, design, and codebase are the property of salary.run. User-submitted data remains the property of the submitter, subject to the license granted in Section 3.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
