Lilium Salaries & Compensation

Lilium is a German aerospace company founded in 2015 by four TU Munich students with the audacious vision of making clean, affordable electric air travel accessible to everyone. The company developed the Lilium Jet, a distinctive all-electric eVTOL aircraft powered by 36 electric engines mounted on its wings, capable of regional air mobility at speeds up to 300 km/h. After going through an insolvency process in late 2024, Lilium was relaunched as Lilium Aerospace GmbH with fresh investment, continuing its mission to redefine regional transportation and connect cities that are too far to drive but too close to fly commercially.
