Vyne was a London-based Fintech company founded in 2020 that built a fast, secure account-to-account payments platform for online merchants, enabling consumers to pay directly from their bank accounts without entering card details — reducing fraud, eliminating chargebacks, and dramatically cutting payment processing costs. Backed by Partech and other leading investors, Vyne raised $15.5 million in seed funding to build its challenger payment platform and expand across Europe. Following a period of commercial restructuring, Vyne ceased its UK operations in April 2025 after being acquired by Dubai-headquartered open banking platform Tarabut, with its technology and team being absorbed into Tarabut's broader Middle East and European expansion.
